- Order Processing: Orders placed before 2 PM are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
- Shipping Locations: We ship across India, but remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your Doctor Harvest purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer returns as per the following policy:
- Eligibility for Returns: Products must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received them.
- Return Window: You have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
- Non-returnable Items: Certain perishable items, such as honey and coconut water, are non-returnable for safety reasons.
